Perfect for my needs as an entry level spotting scope.

I wanted to get into the hobby of disclosing with my kids and I wanted to do it cheap in case the kids lost intrest. To my great surprise you can see Jupiter and all four of its moons, I couldn’t believe it, we are having a ball with it. But a very good tripod because at 75x magnification and cell phone at 10x mag you can just breath on it and it will move

I have only used it a few times so far but works great. Gives a good clear picture. I don’t have any problems with it.

Used as a spotting scope at range.
I only used up to 100 yards and was excellent.
I’m sure will work at much further at distances.

If you don’t know how to use it, you’ll have something to bitch about.. I know how to use it.

Bought for My mother to bird watch. She absolutely loves the scope.

Much better than I expected. Great value and quality for the price. Unsure about durability, but if it breaks when I drop it I can just buy another one.
Cory –
Outstanding. Easy to adjust when shooting from 25 to 100 yards. Could probably see even further but 100 yards was all the shooting range had.

Just what I wanted for the money
.can see my target at 100 yards just fine.

My husband thanks me everytime he uses it! He loves it!

So far so good. Used this a couple times at the range when sighting in scopes and iron sights. Very easy to see 5.56, 308/7.62, and 30-06 at 100 yds. Larger calibers are still visible out to 200 yds. Spotting scope is a bit shaky at that range. A better stand would help. Focus is easy to use. No issues so far. For the price it’s a very good scope. Yes, spending $300+ would be better at 500+ yds, but this one works for what I need.

For the money it seems to be a good quality spotting scope. I received it quickly and in good shape.

I was really skeptical of this scope for the price, but it was so cheap I decided to give it a chance. I had sold my Redfield spotting scope years ago, and didn’t want to spend that kind of money. I have had numerous telescopes, and I still have eyepieces that cost 10 times as much as this SVBONY SV28. In my opinion, this may be the best optical investment I’ve made. Lenses are top notch, and focus is very sharp at 25x. All lenses lose the ability to produce a bright clear image at higher magnification, and this is a good test of any lens. The 70mm aperture does respectably at it’s maximum magnification of 75x. Higher than most zoom scopes, and with impressive quality. The rubber armored OTA looks and feels like a scope costing hundreds. The zoom eyepiece is smooth, and maintains good relative focus from 25x all the way to maximum zoom. It comes with a very nice padded bag that holds the OTA, and marginal tripod that comes with the scope. Absolute bargain buy… Outstanding!

I love this scope, it’s perfect for shooting practice and bird watching, with the phone attachment you can get some really good footage. A++

Crystal clear at 25x, slightly blurry using zoom

It’s excellent for the low price compared to the high price of it’s competitors.

My nephew was very pleased with this scoping telescope and took it on his Alaskan cruise. A carry bag was included. He was able to attach his iphone and view and take pictures from it. It also made it possible for his small children to view without the difficulty of trying to make distance adjustments through binoculars for them. Really great.

It’s good quality scope for the price you pay so far I’ve only taking it to the range for zero in my rifle at a hundred yards

Bought it for the smartphone mount capability to take photos and video. Easy phone setup. High quality optics and very light scope. You can hold by hand at 25x but need tripod for above that. 25x very clear and can see sharp blade of grass at 100 yards, and works well in moderate light. Up to 50x needs bright direct sunlight on target to get sharp image. Above 50x, image becomes slightly blurred, needs very bright lighting of object and is hard to focus. Better off not going past 50x and I will use 25-30x typically. Compared this image to my other high quality binocs and magnification rating is true and clarity is superior. Would buy again.

I bought the item to use with sighting in my rifle. It works great and surely saves several steps. I would highly recommend it

In terms of functionality, the scope works just as intended. I got the 25-75 magnification scope. At 25x, the image is very clear. At 75x, the image is slightly blurry. That’s fine, considering the price. The scope comes with a tripod and a smartphone mount. Tripod isn’t configurable height-wise, so it only opens up and closes. The smartphone mount works well and is sturdy.

Love this product! Excellent value for the money spent!

The scope tri-pod would not screw into the scope. I will just make due with a pair of pliers. And the cell phone holder is flimsy. I have an I-Phone 7 that seems to be at the weight limit of what it can hold. The seller did send me a replacement scope since my first review. The new scope is much better and works great!
